– Alternating segments
of aerobics designed to get your heart
pumping and burn fat, and toning exercises
using weights, to create a full body

CARDIO KICKBOXING
– Combines creative choreograpy
and kickboxing moves and techniques
to create an effective cardio workout
that conditions your body. A 5 minute
review of Jabs, Front and Back kicks,
Cross-punches, etc. will be incorporated
in each class so new comers and experts
are welcome. |
CORE CONNECTION
- Combine the best of a variety
of techniques. Focusing on the low back,
abdominal, gluteal and thigh areas,
this intense, yet gentle workout will
leave you feeling toned, stretched,
and taller. |
MELT –
This is connective tissue release work,
utilizing foam bolsters and small balls.

PILATES
- This class will strengthen and tone
your muscles, while simultaneously improve
your flexibility by working on elongation
and postural core strength improvements.

SPINNING
- a unique group exercise class on stationary
bikes. Classes are designed to burn
a maximum amount of calories and increase
cardio strength. The class is geared
to benefit both novices and experienced
riders. |
TGIF -
Get your weekend off to a great start.
A 30 minute aerobic segment designed
to get your heart pumping and burn fat
followed by 30 minutes of toning and
conditioning work for the whole body.

and posture, bring yourself into a relaxed
and focused state of mind. Release tension,
restore, and bring a new and balanced
